“To jump into painting was for me very therapeutic. It helps to concentrate on other dimensions and challenges; to grow with colours, perspective and life.
The world trend is to learn to help oneself with nature and Massage Therapy helps people in difficulty to regain their mobility and joy of life.”
Background and Training
My passion for healing through different techniques of massage comes from my personal experience with family members who suffered spinal problems due to accidents. I deeply desired to help them.
With the intervention of professional Chiropractic Techniques and Deep Tissue Massage most of their problems were solved.
Although I already had a Nutrition background and convinced of the efficacy of Deep Tissue Massage and the need of it out there, I underwent years of professional studies in Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Herbalism, Aromatherapy, more Nutrition and Exercise Sciences. I practice now under the Association of NHA (Natural Healer Association) as a Professional Natural Health Practitioner (South African terminology).
Drawing on my knowledge of anatomy and physiology, the Lemoine Massage Technique that I have put together during 30 years of practice is a precise manipulation of the soft tissue, working in conjunction with the muscular structure of the human body and using a combination of trigger point and effleurage techniques to promote efficient results.
Benefits include the boosting of joint mobility, more flexibility and control of one’s body with regulation of the circulatory immune systems, improvement of blood pressure, circulation, muscle tone, digestion and skin quality.
