Massage Therapy For The Relief of Chronic Pain

Massage techniques are designed to provide pain relief, reduce stress and improve mobility in our daily life. Therapeutic massage improves joint flexibility, offers pain relief and relaxes tight muscles.

Therapeutic massage relieves pain by relaxing painful muscles, tendons, and joints; relieving stress and anxiety; and by impeding pain messages to and from the brain. Once relaxed, the patient experiences much needed pain relief.

A massage once a year will be relaxing, but it can’t undo chronic muscle tension. Typically, once every week or two is ideal for keeping your muscle tissue pliable and in good shape.
